Ivor_E_Tower Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 As someone I used to work with once said:If a bit falls off your car and it still works OK, then it wasn't needed so don't worry that it's dropped off! Quote
Guest fredt Posted October 6, 2004 Report Posted October 6, 2004 It shouldnt do any harm, if any thing it will allow the crap that builds up and blocks the drain greater clearance and possible not clog up so easy! the thing to watch out for is the drain exit on the drivers side is covered by the carbon canistor  this is the collection unit for the fumes from the fuel system! disturbing the hoses or not replaceing them correctly into there connectors could lead to petrol fumes being being drawn into the cabin <_< Quote
delboyt Posted October 6, 2004 Author Report Posted October 6, 2004 cheers guys for the advice i'll be careful when i do the drives side this weekend Quote
